Bad Mommy Day
What exactly falls under a “Bad Mommy Day” for me?
Staying in pajamas all day
Not leaving the house
Letting him have cheerios and muffins for meals
Turning the TV on for more than 3 hours while he was awake
No bath
Ugh. Not that these are necessarly bad things for anyone else, they are just outside of my character and not in my normal routine. The morning started off pretty well, but I decided to take a nap while the little man napping…and when I woke up, I was just plain old lazy. This seems to always happen after I take a nap. Instead of feeling refreshed, I’m always more tired. What gives?

I can’t take naps, unless they are 2 hours long (but what kind of “nap” is that?), otherwise I feel lazy too. Don’t feel bad! Sometimes we need an off day just to wind down.
yeah,i have to “nap” for like, 3 or 4 hours. i never understood how people could do 20 minute “power naps”…what’s the point of 20 minutes?!
oh gosh! that is so FAR from a bad mommy day! Trust me, lol! I have 5 little peanuts and I would just call that a sanity day!
haha! i can only imagine what it would be like to have 5! my husband wishes we could have that many…but i don’t think i could handle it.
I’ll chime in with the chorus….no bad mommy day vote here.
Bad mommy would be no food, soiled and unsanitary conditions etc.
I’m trying to call those my comfort days and they happen…boy do they happen
